Scope of Service M. Abba Gallery agrees to prepare, assemble, and deliver the selected Package containing all listed items according to the Company’s standards and specifications. "Delivery Terms Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Customer. Changes to delivery address must be communicated at least 48 hours before delivery. Customer must ensure availability to receive items on the agreed date. M. Abba Gallery is not liable for delays caused by inaccurate customer details, customer unavailability, or force majeure events. Inspection & Acceptance Customer agrees to inspect all delivered items immediately upon receipt. Complaints or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours. After 24 hours, all items shall be deemed accepted and satisfactory. Refund & Cancellation Policy Cancellation within 24 hours of booking: 100% refund Cancellation after 24 hours but before preparation begins: 50% refund No refund after package preparation has commenced Refund processing time: 5–7 working days Customer Responsibilities The Customer agrees to: Provide accurate information Make payments as scheduled Ensure availability during delivery Inspect delivered items promptly Communicate issues respectfully and on time Company Responsibilities M. Abba Gallery agrees to: -Prepare the package according to agreed specifications -Adhere to quality and hygiene standards.
